PAYMENT AND PRICES

We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard and American Express. The full amount will be charged on the date of the order. Shipping costs may be added to your order. Please view Shipping below for shipping charges. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. MARC DE LA MORANDIERE PARFUMS does not keep its customers' payment card details.

Please note that shipping is made from France. Shipments to International destinations, out of Europe, might be subject to duties & taxes or import taxes. That are at the charge of the customer. Please check before ordering

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to info@mdmproduction.com. For returns please follow the procedure as detailed below. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that shipping and additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery. Returns can only be made as described in MARC DE LA MORANDIERE PARFUMS Online Store’s instructions. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.

If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the procedure below:

1. Simply email info@mdmproduction.com and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product.
Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
2. Package your return item in MARC DE LA MORANDIERE PARFUMS packaging or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Send to the address provided to you by email by us.
4. You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed.

VIOLATION OF RULES

www.marcdelamorandiere.eu reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

FORCE MAJEURE

In case of Force Majeure, MARC DE LA MORANDIERE PARFUM's obligations are rendered null and void. The contract between you and MARC DE LA MORANDIERE PARFUM can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by MARC DE LA MORANDIERE PARFUM. A Force Majeure is defined as event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. MARC DE LA MORANDIERE PARFUM will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law and you agree that the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in France and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website.
