Standard shipping is free for all orders over 200£.
UK standard shipping 8£ - Samples 3,50
Rest of EU standard shipping 15£ - Samples 4.50£

Please note that shipping is made from France. Shipments to International destinations, out of Europe, might be subject to duties & taxes or import taxes. that are at the charge of the customer. Please check before ordering.

RETURNS
During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to info@mdmproduction.com For returns please follow the procedure as detailed below. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.

If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the procedure below:
1. Simply email info@mdmproduction.com and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product.
Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
2. Package your return item in MARC DE LA MORANDIERE PARFUMS packaging or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Send to the address provided to you by email by us.
4. You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed.
